As part of St. Lucie County Aviation Day, Chapter 908 of the experimental aircraft association will provide children ages 8-17 a free airplane ride on Nov. 3 in a general aviation airplane.

The first flight is scheduled for 8 a.m. Participants shall receive a pre-flight and aviation safety brief from seasoned pilots. Flights will take off between 8 a.m. and noon.

The day begins at the main terminal of the airport where the registration and briefings are completed and where children receive their pilot assignment.
