October 2007 |
Vol. 1 No.1 |
Greetings to all.
What your looking at is a new method I've come
up with to spread information and news to the
members of the Chapter. If the format looks
familiar it should, it's patterned after the
EAAe-Hotline.
The goal is not to replace the eaa908.org
website but to provide the membership with
important timely information.
The success of this new device will depend in
great part to those of you that contribute
photos and more important, news stories,
announcements, reminders. Please don't feel you
have to be some kind Journalism school graduate,
I sure ant.
Please send your contributions to
908enews@eaa908.org
All the photos and
captions on this
first test page were sent to me by Robin Blanton
and were taken at the October Fly-In Breakfast.
Thanks Robin. |
A
reminder.... next months meeting, November
has been moved up to the second Wednesday the
14th as opposed to the third Wednesday. Time
will remain as 7:00 PM. The following Saturday
the 17th will be the Fly-In Breakfast.
Most importantly it's the meeting when we
Vote for new officers. This time we will be
voting in a new Vice President, Treasurer and
one Director. A number of nominees have
registered with Jim Royal, the Nominee Committee
Chairman. A final call for nominees will be made
before the voting begins.
You must be a Member in good standing in order
to vote. There is no Absent-T voting or Proxy
Voting.
Good luck to all. |
