Hello all,
I am a Chapter 908 member and I am forming an LSA flying club.
I have the airplane -- a 1941 Luscombe 8A -- and now I need
members.
 I have formed a non-profit corporation and your buy-in fee will get you an equal share of the corporation and its assets, which include the airplane and a startup maintenance reserve. The actual figures will depend on the number of members. I am hoping to find 10 members to keep costs low.
